So after going through 3 alts it seem my car is a electrical mess. I got the car at Steves auto electric on Montrose in Clermont and he just told me that there is a mess in my car. The car had a big system in it before I got it and therte is a disaster of wires left over from it, that will all be removed, there are open circuts throughout the car and corraded wires, bad grounds, you name it, its there. The car is gonna pretty much be rerwired with all new crap......the best part......my alt is fine . So all I need to do now is blow my transmission and I will have the newest 97 GT around

Oh yeah, its gonna run $350 for the job

On the brite side i did install my new black projector headlights and they look sick

I looked at it before and there was a mess of wires jammed in there it looked like he had a killer stereo and alarm that was removed in a hurry. But you headlights do look sick.

i hate doing electrical work .... but at least you know whats going on with it now

Well this sucks..... they just keep finding problems and the bill keeps growing, oh well at least it will be right. Wont have it back till tomorrow, one more day in the corolla

Driving the corrola makes your car feel like a rocket.

id wouldnt mind seeing the full list of what they found etc

not saying they arent right, but if this mess was there, why wouldnt/didnt it do this earlier when you had the car

they said they will hold everyting for me to see an have a list of what was done. At this point I just want it right and i want my car back!
