Help! The driver's side power window stopped working.

Here is what I've done so fair:

Changed the power window motor with a used one from the junk yard - motor will work in one direction but not the other.

Changed the power window motor with a new one form the auto parts store - motor will work in one direction but not the other.

Changed all the switches - still not fixed

Changed all the switches from the pass door to the driver door - still not fixed

Checked the fuses under the dash and all good - only one blown which was for the cig lighter

Checked the main fuse box under the hood and all the fuses are fine

So what do I do next? Not sure at this point unless it's the wire harness in the door itself. Really don't want to pull the door apart and rewire the door but sure whould be nice to open my window again.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Make sure you have power even going to your switch with a meter and make sure your ground is good.

its going to more than likely be in the wiring, check the door harness for continuity. Should be little to no resistance in the circuits, prob got a coroded connections/connector givng you this fit
